The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Special Drink Offers, Vouchers and Discounts - Terms

These terms apply to special drink offers advertised on our home page, in our special offers section, on partner websites and in selected publications:

- All items are offered subject to remaining unsold and are sold on a 'first come, first served' basis.
- Vouchers are only valid for a limited period.
- No further discounts or vouchers may be applied and vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion.
- Vouchers entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Drinkon.
- Only one voucher can be used per person, per promotion.
- Drinkon reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by an authorized agent of Drinkon.
- All orders are subject to final confirmation.
- Prices are quoted including VAT and include duty.
- Orders can only be cancelled before the products have been dispatched from Drinkon.com.
- Standard Drinkon.com conditions of sale apply (see below).
- Drinkon.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw all Special Offers at any time.

Requirements for Customers

Customers must be aged 18 years or older to buy from Drinkon.com and must provide proof of age if requested. The Drinkon.com site requires customers to register before forging a purchase. You will require a valid e-mail address and password for which you are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. The onus is on you to notify Drinkon.com immediately, either if there is any known unauthorised user or any violation in security.

The information you supply will be used only to confirm identity to prevent fraud and to verify that you are over 18 years of age. This is done using various third party information sources only to verify age and identity.

Trading Hours

Drinkon.com operates within standard off licence laws and therefore we only process orders during the following hours:

Monday to Saturday 08.00am to 10.00pm
Sunday 12.30pm to 10.00pm

An order received outwith these times will be processed in the next time period. Drinkon.com will acknowledge your order via e-mail.

Product Availability

It is important to note that information about our products does not amount to an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. Rather, it is an invitation to you to make us an offer to purchase that product on that basis, therefore references to "orders" placed by customers are deemed to be references to offers by such customers to purchase the relevant produce from us. Although we will endeavour to maintain to supply you with the item requested, sometimes we may be unable to fulfil an order. In this instance, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. Product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in packaging and/or availability.

Order Returns

If after Drinkon.com has accepted an order from you (acceptance will be communicated via e-mail on receipt of an order), and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within 2 working days of our acceptance. If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. It is imperative that you notify us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all monies paid by you for those goods. Complaints

We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 working days. If goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty, carriage costs for the affected portion of delivery back to Drinkon.com is at our expense. You must contact us to arrange return delivery. If an order is incomplete or there are missing items of which you have not been informed, you must contact us within 2 working days. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will keep you well informed about progress. Drinkon.com will only credit you for the items that have been damaged or are faulty upon safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Drinkon.com will accept returns and give full refunds only in circumstances where the products have not been tampered with or opened. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.

Delivery

Delivery will be made within 6 - 8 working days to most Mainland UK addresses at the standard rate of £6.95 for all orders. Delivery to more remote areas of the UK may take slightly longer and incur a surcharge. Drinkon.com will endeavour to deliver to you within the specified time. However, there may be instances when we cannot deliver within this time. If we realise that we cannot deliver to you within that time, we shall alert you as soon as possible to try to arrange another suitable time for delivery. Drinkon.com cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the Customs and Excise Department before ordering from us.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Data Protection

Drinkon.com conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Customer's details will not be disclosed in any way to any persons outwith Drinkon.com. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us, please register that with us immediately by e-mail. Termination

Drinkon.com reserves the right to abort access of our Internet services if you behaviour is found to be discordant with these terms and conditions at any time.

Intellectual Property

No permission is given by Drinkon.com in respect of the reproduction or use for injurious or commercial purposes of any brand names, product names, designs and any other material shown on the Drinkon.com Website in which intellectual property rights subsist. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Governing Law

Any use of the Drinkon.com Website and any purchase by the customer on this site will be governed by the Law of Scotland and will be deemed to have occurred in the UK and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
