Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's Bathtub Gin is made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding or infusing. The botanicals used included Juniper, Orange Peel, Coriander, Cinnamon and cloves. It is made in exceedingly small batches of 30-60 bottles at a time. It is packaged in the style of a Victorian apothecary bottle using brown paper, string and wax. However, this is no novelty gin. It has real backbone and character with a sumptuously viscous and creamy mouthfeel.
