42 Below Feijoa Vodka

42 Below Feijoa Vodka is the purest, clearest New Zealand vodka infused with the essence of the distinctive feijoa fruit. This gives a unique, citrussy, slightly sweet taste and makes an excellent base for cocktails. 42 Below is the world's southern most vodka made 42 degrees below the equator near a location that holds both the benchmark for air and water purity. 42 Below is made from GE Free wheat, distilled three times then washed in spring water to thin the spirit to a point where any last remaining impurities can be deleted. After which it's distilled a final time to create a totally clean spirit. This high saturation distillation in New Zealand Spring water drawn from 1000 feet beneath an extinct volcano as well as being filtered through 35 separate filters is unique to 42 Below. 42 BELOW BRAMBLE: 45 mls (1 1/2 oz) 42 Below Feijoa vodka 10 mls (1/3 oz) gomme or sugar syrup 1 feijoa 1/4 kiwifruit, finely chopped 20 mls (2/3 oz) Briottet Creme de Mure or blackberry liqueur Method: In a mixing glass or shaker, muddle or crush the fruit and gomme, and add vodka.
