Glencadam 10 Year Old

Glencadam is a small distillery in the eastern Highlands town of Brechin, which lies between Dundee and Aberdeen. It was founded in 1825 and is the last remaining distillery in a once rich whisky producing area. This 10 years is part of a revamped range of single malt whiskies that were released by Angus Dundee in mid 2010.

Colour: Straw gold Nose: Lively, intense. Grassy freshness and citrus tones with hints of spicy oak. Palate: Rounded elegance. Clean, crisp citrus tones. A pleasing harmony between a natural sweetness and the soft spicy oak. Finish: Long and soothing. Rich, clean barley and gristy sweetness.
