 The Balvenie Founder's Reserve is a 10 year old single malt whisky from Speyside. It is rich in colour, bouquet and flavour; qualities which have earned it an enviable reputation amongst connoisseurs of malt whisky. According to Michael Jackson, it has 'a smoky but mellow aroma, a smooth, mature palate and a clean, dry, long finish with just a hint of sherry. It is highly distinctive and delicious with honey tones. Gold medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2006. |
