Noah's Mill 15 year old Bourbon is soft, well-balanced with some complexity and good length. On the nose it has aromas of wood and forests with alluring hints of caramel. The palate has beautiful structure. This is a fabulous hand-bottled bourbon, from the Willett Distillery in Kentucky.
