 Millar's Irish Whiskey is a unique blend of the finest grain and malt Irish whiskeys with exceptional character and superior quality. It is double distilled and matured almost entirely in once used oak bourbon casks. Millars Special Reserve has been distilled, matured and blended to produce a darker, full bodied, smooth whiskey in the traditional Irish sense. On the nose there are aromas of sweet grapes which join forces with the grain to offer a lush sweetness alongside the harder, oakier grains. On the palate it starts off malty followed by a trail of fruity flavours marinaded in a light sherry. This is a heavyweight it certainly fills the mouth. On the finish it has tasty boubon which really lasts. |
