 Highland Park 25-year-old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney. On the nose there is lots of sherry which is balanced by an abundance of peat and spice. The palate is weighty and oily, there is a buzzing spiciness complemented by spoonfuls of honey and cocoa. The long finish sees the appearance of heather and oak. |
