 Highland Park 18-year-old is an Orkney Islands malt Scotch whisky. On the nose there is an abundance of peaty honey. The palate is wonderfully sweet with hints of Manuka honey wrapped in a blanket of oak and peat. The finish is long and spicy with notes of cocoa and more peat. |
