 Caol Ila is a single Islay malt whisky. On the nose it is oily and peaty. On the palate the taste buds are enveloped by a wave of sweet peat with a hint of green grass and vanilla. On the finish it has hints of pepper starting to come through to compliment the toffee. we feel it is our duty to offer you the best of our national drink - whisky, and particularly single malt whisky, in all its diversity and complexity. The range includes Lowland, Speyside, Highland, Island and Islay malts as well as many rare and collectable bottles and decanters. As well as the big brands, there are cask strength malts, vintage editions and wood finishes, whiskies from new distilleries and from distilleries that are now long gone.
