 21 year-old single Speyside malt is matured in first and second fill Sherry butts. It has delicate herbal overtones, with a hint of linseed oil on the nose. The palate is rich and full bodied, with plenty of spices and caramel. The finish is long, with the work the sherry butts have done in clear evidence all the way. |
