Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC, Sartori uses selected grapes that are dried on screens for 4 months, then fermented and the wine aged in oak for at least 4 years. The main grape varieties used to make Amarone are Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella. This gives a rich, concentrated style with silky mature fruit flavours and an aftertaste that's with you at breakfast. A superb Italian red wine. |
