No oak is used in the fermentation or aging process, producing a dry, fruity wine that is the ideal accompaniment for fish, white meat and spicy food. Or simply for enjoying on it's own. Dragon Seal wines are made from 100% Chinese grapes, selected in the best vineyards of Huailai county, Hebei Province, one of the top areas in China to grow quality grapes for Winemaking. These vines were originally planted by Pernod Ricard 25 years ago and are authentic French Vines. This fine wine has a clear, pale yellow color, and shows typical Chardonnay fruit flavours of grapefruit, pear, and pineapple. It is balanced, fresh and crisp, and smooth and mouthfilling on the palate.
