 Rocco Prosecco Di Conegliano E Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is prdoduced from Prosecco grapes from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. It is aged using the Charmat method and the result is a soft, delicate wine which is the colour of pale straw. On the nose it is delicate and fruity. On the palate it is clean, balanced with moderate fullness. This Prosecco would rival any Ultra Brut Champagne in a taste test. |
