Rocco Prosseco Di Conegliano E Valdobbiadene Brut is made from Prosecco grapes which are naturally fermented and aged using the Charmat method and then for several more months in the bottle.It is the colour of straw and has subtle fruit on the nose. On the palate it is clean and dry with a pleasant bitterness on the finish. In a taste test this Prosecco will rival any Champagne and is also packaged in a champagne style bottle. |
