Chateau Musar was established in Ghazir by Gaston Hachar in 1930. It is still a family run business and celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2005. Chateau Musar White is blended from 2 varietals that are indigenous to Mount Lebann: Obeideh adn Merwah. Both are partly fermented in oak ' barriques' where they mature for a further 9 months. They are then blended, bottled and aged for a further 4 years before release. Chateau Musar recommend decanting their white wine before serving. |
