Leopold’s New England Cranberry Liqueur is the liqueur for you if you are looking for a refreshing twist for your Cosmos. There are over three pounds of New England’s famous bog-grown cranberries in every bottle, the cranberry taste practically leaps out of the glass, to make some of the most spectacular Cosmos you will ever have.
The juice from the cranberries is blended with eau-de-vie, and just a pinch of cane sugar to balance the tartness of the blend. It is then bottled and hand labeled. It is made in small batches of roughly 240 bottles.
In 2009, it was awarded a Double Gold Medal, and the Best in Show award for Fruit Liqueurs at the San Francisco Spirits Competition. This was the first such honour given to a non-French liqueur distillery in the history of the competition.
