Giffard Rhubarb is a new fruit liqueur for 2007. It is brick-like rose in colour and slightly opaque On the nose is fresh rhubarb and on the palate it has a marmalade flavour which supersedes the tartness of the fruit, making the liqueur both mild and lively. Giffard offers more than 120 years of know-how in producing high quality liqueurs, beginning in 1885 when Emile Giffard, a pharmacist, invented Menthe Pastille. The company philosophy is to offer the best, with natural flavour a priority and respecting nature in the production process. The family management of Giffard spans four generations.
