Blackwoods 60 Gin

Blackwood's 60 Gin is a new, limited edition 60% vintage dry gin. The winner of a double Gold Medal at the 2005 International Spirit Festival, this high-strength Shetland gin is exceptionally smooth and delicate. It is made in small batches using first-flush, hand-picked botanicals from the Shetland isles and each bottle is individually numbered. Savour your Blackwoods 60 in a classic G & T, long, gin-based cocktails or a simple martini (no vermouth). Try a Shetland G & T: Blackwoods gin, dash of elderflower cordial, tonic. Rinse glass with cordial, add ice, pour in 2 parts gin to 1 part tonic. Garnish with lime segment.
