The story of Brandy and Benedictine starts in the 1930s in the United States. The barman of the famous Club Twenty One in Manhattan concocted a blend of Benedictine and cognac. It was an enormous success and was christened B & B. Drier than Benedictine, B & B is the result of a clever blend that marries the vigour of old cognac with the subtle bouquet of the 27 plants and spices in Benedictine. The formula, of course, is a secret, known only to the chief distiller. Traditionally enjoyed on the rocks. |
