Blackwoods Nordic Dry Gin - a gold medal winner at the World Spirits Festival in 2004, this unique 'vintage' dry gin claims to capture the essence of Shetland island life in a bottle. Pale green in colour, it is infused with Shetland grown botanicals such as wild water mint, juniper, sea pink and meadowsweet. The smooth taste leaves a light tang of seasalt on the palate. How to make a HEDGEROW: 40ml Blackwoods Gin, 20ml pressed apple juice, 5ml elderflower cordial
