 Wokka Saki is a blend of micro distilled British vodka, fine Japanese sake (80:20) and a subtle essence of Asian fruit. Clean and smooth with a soft finish, this is a unique and versatile fusion of sake and spirit, which can be enjoyed neat, on ice or ina variety of cocktails. Gold Award Winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2003/2004/2005. Try a Madame Butterfly: 40ml Wokka Saki, 10 ml Caramel, 10 ml Poire William, wash of Nocino, 1/2 pear, 1 tbsp brown Demerara sugar. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with pear slices. |
