The very first bottle of Chase vodka was produced in May 2008 and took two years in the making. Each hand signed and batch numbered bottle is a true labour of love, using traditional methods to produce a truly artisan English potato vodka. Wholesome buttery scents on the nose, with a full bodied and creamy texture. Chase Vodka is complex on the palate, with notes of mashed potato and butter, leading onto a slightly smoked almond finish, with a hint of black pepper. Williams Chase is a connoisseur's vodka, so we recommend drinking it straight; either from the freezer and over ice, or (perhaps a little controversial for vodka) drink at room temperature, so the taste and texture can be experienced at their most developed. |
