 Genepi is a wild plant growing in the Alps, above 2000 metres. The final product is obtained from an infusion and a distillation of Genepi Artemisa Mutuellina sprigs. It offers a very aromatic and herbal palate. Bitterness is sweetened by fine aniseed and lemon notes to finish with a slightly peppery note. |
