 Blue Gin Vintage 08 is a hand crafted gin from Austrian master distiller, Hans Reisetbauer. This gin is made using bespoke copper pot stills and the finest Austrian Mulan wheat and Muhlviertel spring water. The 27 botanicals lend it a warmly complex but fresh nose with sweet juniper, spices and floral tones. The palate is soft, balanced, complex and multilayered with citrus and floral notes and a warm spiciness. Best sipped and enjoyed on its own, it also makes a luxurious and interesting G & T and a great base for cocktails. Blue Gin's small batch production means that only a limited number of bottles is produced each year, and variations in the botanicals, wheat and climate means that every year's bottling has its own unique and special character. **Shower Gel will be sent separately to bottle. |
