 Gilpin's Westermorland Extra Dry Gin is distilled in small batches in London using a traditional pot still method. It uses smooth, fresh spring water from Cartmel in the Lake District which is naturally filtered through ancient willow peat beds and limestone. An infusion of 8 botanicals including juniper, sage, borage and lemon, lime and bitter orange peels create a perfectly balanced extra dry gin. Each bottle has a vintage year, bottle and batch number on the label.
