 ~Ish London Dry Gin is distilled 5 times using the highest quality grain spirit in a traditional pot still after the 11 botanicals including angelica root, cassia and orris root, as well that all impotant second shot of juniper. It is then allowed a restful fortnight for the botanicals to fully assimilate into the spirit. The result is a smooth, clean gin with a crisp complexity. |
