How to make a RASPBERRY COLLINS Cocktail: Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice, strain over fresh ice and top with soda water. 2 mls Gin, 15 mls BOLS Raspberry (Framboise) liqueur, 90 mls Funkin Raspberry puree, 2 dash(es) Fee Brothers Orange bitters, Top with Soda water, 8 mls Sugar syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water), 45 mls Freshly squeezed lemon juice. May optionally include a dash of egg white, to give a nice foamy head.
