 Brasilla is a fantastic example of a high quality and very mixable cachaca with a classic smooth flavour. Sold under the brand name "Jamel" in Brazil, it is now the third biggest cachaca, selling between 2-3.5million litres every month. Brasilla has been produced in Brazil for over fifty years and over that time has built up an excellent reputation for quality and versatility. Not only does it make an excellent Caipirinha but it can also be used in a whole range of cocktails from elaborate creations with fresh fruit (e.g. muddled with blackberries, lemon juice and gomme) to simple drinks such as the Brazilian Mule (with Ginger Beer) or even the Brasilla-Coke. |
