La Clandestine Absinthe is produced in Couvet, Val-de-Tavers in Switzerland. It is distilled using a 1935 recipe using no artificial colours to a strength of 53%. It contains a higher wormwood content than many other Absinthes and was the winner of the Golden Spoon Award in Autumn 2006.
