Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

Pama Pomegranate Liqueur is made with 100% pomegranate juice concentrate, premium vodka and tequila and is the world's first true pomegranate liqueur. PAMA is leading the way in the next big category in the spirits world - pomegranates. These provocative ingredients have been combined to produce an exquisite sweet tart tasting liqueur. It is excellent on the rocks or as an addition to many cocktails. The winning cocktail at the recent Pama cocktail competition (exclusively for female bartenders!) was the PINK VELVET, created by Jeannette Eriksson:
3 slices orange
a handful of pomegranate seeds
25ml PAMA Liqueur
25ml Stolichnaya Elit vodka
12.5 ml Amaretto
25ml lemon juice
1 whole egg white
Shake, double strain and serve in a Martini glass with orange peel garnish.

25ml PAMA
25ml cranberry juice
12.5ml pomegranate syrup
1 shot Gran Centenario Plata
12.5ml passion fruit pureee
half a passion fruit
handful of pomegranate seeds.
Muddle, churn, shake and strain. Add pomegranate seeds and a slice of passion fruit as a garnish - fill with crushed ice. Serve in an 8oz highball glass.
