 Don Julio Gonzales is one of Mexico's most renowned premium tequila makers. His tequila, made in the same way since 1942, is his life's work. Don Julio Anejo Tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year. It has a natural golden brown color. (As opposed to lower end brands that use caramel additives.) It is smooth and rich, with a sweet touch of wild honey. The citrus aroma has hints of lime, grapefruit and mandarin. It is a truly wonderful tequila. |
