Henri Bardouin is a genuine ‘Grand Cru de Pastis’ made from a complex recipe of 48 natural herbs and spices in Forcalquier, north of Marseilles. This area of Provence is officially recognised for growing the finest quality and diversity of natural herbs. Each of the herbs and spices selected for Pastis Henri Bardouin is slowly and individually infused with alcohol including the dominant flavour of star anise.
Rich in aroma and flavour, Henri Bardouin is recognised in France as the ultimate Pastis to be enjoyed with water as an aperitif. The intense, rich flavour requires only one part Pastis to six parts water.
