 G'Vine French Gin is the first gin to use grape neutral spirit as its base, which is smoother than the grain spirit of conventional gins. This also makes it suitable for gluten free diets. The 'nouaison' is the setting of the grape berry on the vine, after the flowering period. Nouaison gin is silky, more intensely spicy and subtly floral.
