Goslings Black Seal Rum is blended in Bermuda to a long standing recipe, using 3 to 6 year old rums to make up the blend. In the World Spirits Championships it was awarded a Platinum Medal in a blind tasting. It gained 96 points out of a possible 100. Famed in Bermuda for making The Dark and Stormy, here is the recipe so you can make your own: Fill a glass with ice cubes add a shot and a half of Goslings topped up with Ginger Beer. Finish by sqeezing a lemon wedge round the rim of the glass and garnish with a slice of lemon. Ideal for those summer parties. |
