- 35ml Tequila
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10ml CARTRON Kiwi Liqueur
- 75ml Grapefruit juice
- 1 Teaspoon Gomme syrup
- soda water
- 1/2 fresh kiwi fruit
