Pisco ABA is a premium pisco from Chile. For three generations the Aguirre family have dedicated themselves to the production of pisco. The first grapes were planted in the Elqui Valley where the town of La Serena was founded by Francisco Aguirre in 1549. Chilean pisco uses the aromatic muscat de alexandria, muscat rosada pastilla and other muscats to produce a more aromatic style brandy, then rectified with water and aged for up to 2 years in American oak or native beech.
