Rated No. 1 Vodka by Which? this year, 42 Below is the world's southern most vodka made 42 degrees below the equator near a location that holds both the benchmark for air and water purity. 42 Below is made from GE Free wheat, distilled three times then washed in spring water to thin the spirit to a point where any last remaining impurities can be deleted. After which it's distilled a final time to create a totally clean spirit. This high saturation distillation in New Zealand Spring water drawn from 1000 feet beneath an extinct volcano as well as being filtered through 35 separate filters is unique to 42 Below. ROSE & CINNAMON MARTINI: 30 mls (1 oz) 42 Below vodka
30 mls (1 oz) Cannelle or Cinnamon syrup
10 mls (1/3 oz) Rose Water
5 mls (1/6 oz) Monin Rose Syrup
Dash of Vanilla liqueur
Dash of Noilly Prat (dry vermouth)
Chill a Martini glass with ice, and pour the rose syrup and vermouth into the glass. Now fill a mixing glass fill with ice, and pour in 42 Below, Rose Water and Cannelle, and stir for about 10-12 rotations. Discard ice and excess liquid from the Martini glass, and stain the cocktail into the chilled Martini glass.
A rich, decadent cocktail with exotic flavours, which is fantastic with desserts and as a digestif.
