Hendricks Gin is distilled and bottled in Girvan, Scotland, this is an unusual and multi award-winning gin, presented in a beautiful apothecary-style bottle with a cork stopper. Hendrick's Gin is distilled in small batches in an original 19th century gin still and boasts an 'unexpected' infusion of cucumber and rose petals. Cucumber is recommended in Hendricks Gin instead of lemon or lime for your gin and tonic.
30ml Hendrick's Gin
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Gomme syrup
15ml Crème de mûre
METHOD: Muddle the berries with the syrup. Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the champagne and shake well with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice and fill with champagne. Top with crème de mure. Garnish with a long slice of English cucumber.
