This famous rum is matured for 3 years in oak casks to obtain it's unique strong but mellow flavour. An unusual ingredient to a wide range of cocktails. DARK AND STORMY: 50ml Bundaberg Rum, 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice, dash of syrup de Gomme, top up with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime.
