 Absinthe is the 'Green Goddess' of spirits flavoured with aniseed and wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), from which the drink's name is derived. Outlawed for many years in much of Europe and America, absinthe has recently made something of a comeback. To make a TnT 2/3 Sebor Absinth 1/3 Hennessy VSOP Splash Cointreau Angostura bitters stir over ice strain and Serve Garnish with an orange wedge : |
