 Piper Heidseick Rose Sauvage was developed during the reign of Daniel Thibault, a genius of a winemaker. The blend is heavily Pinot dominated with up to 90% of the blend being made with either Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with the balance Chardonnay.
