Located in the heart of Provence, Chateau Routas has been named 'one of the best wine producers in Provence' by Robert Parker. Wild Boar white is a fresh, young blend of Ugni Blanc, Rolle and Viognier. The wine is sourced from older, lower yielding vineyards. 30% of the blend is barrel fermented and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The other 70% is fermented in stainless steel and blocked from malolactic fermentation to add a crisp component to the blend. Each varietal is fermented separately and blended before bottling. This wine is also suitable for vegetarians.
