Miolo Millesime is a premium Champagne style sparkling wine produced in Brazil, in the Vale dos Vinhedos, by Miolo in conjunction with Michel Rolland. It consists of a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay and it is only produced in exceptional years. The Vale Dos Vinhedos is situated in southern Brazil at a latitude of 29 degrees south, being representative of the vitiviniculture region from the Italian colonization, with more than a century of wine producing tradition.
