Comte Audoin de Dampierre Champagne is an outstanding small house based in the village of Chenay. The family has been associated with Champagne for over 700 years. It is served in the French Presidential Cellars and French National Assembly as well as the Spanish Court and the 42 French Embassies. The Rose Oeil de Pedrix has an attractive pale salmon colour. On the nose it has delicate and persistent notes of red forest fruits. The texture is superb, with good overall balance with a very elegant finish. |
