 Belle de Brillet Liqueur Original is one of France's classic and great liqueurs and is the original blend of Brillet Cognac and the essence of Poire Williams. Perfectly matured and carefully selected, the pears are picked at the peak of ripeness, macerated adn then blended with Fine Brillet Cognac. About 20lbs of pears go into producing 1 bottle of Belle de Brillet. |
