The House of Camus in Cognac is an independent family owned company that was founded in 1863. For nearly 150 years Camus has been renowned for the superb quality of its Cognacs. Camus Cognac is well known for its distinctive floral style which results from its blend of eaux-de-vie from different selected sites including generous amounts from the Borderies district the smallest and rarest of all the cognac growing areas, situated at the heart of the Cognac region, on the northern banks of the river Charente. Deep amber in colour, with brilliant gold highlights, it is a mature symphony of fine leather, old cigar boxes and just a hint of smokiness on the nose, while the magnificent fusion of creamy oak with sweet honey and spice notes, majestically persistent, will delight the most demanding palate |
