 Chateau Du Tariquet VSOP Armagnac is an attractive amber colour. It is richly powerful and concentrated nose gives the aroma of warm bread with a hint of toast and gingerbread. This develops with aeration into superb aromas of a bakers oven where rancio and candied fruits appear. In the mouth it is almost too smooth and round; there is no sensation of alcohol, but only woody vanilla. The finale is well developed with a recurrence of macerated stone fruits. |
