| The Pinotage grape is a cross of two varieties being Cinsault and a Pinot Noir. The Pinotage grape is viewed as quality grape indigenous to South Africa. This Western Cape wine can be described as a quality wine with bananas, plums and cherries within the fruity bouquet and taste. This wine has comes with a rich tannin content, with the grape being introduced into South Africa in the early 20th Century. The Pinotage grape saw creation in 1925. Not until 1940 did the Pinotage grape saw commercial production. The Pinotage grape created a champion wine at the Cape Wine Show of 1959. This Pinotage brand was launched in 1961 and sees half a century of successfully producing a quality South African red wine. |

| Chateau Musar was established in Ghazir by Gaston Hachar in 1930. Chateau Musar Reds area a varying blend of old vine, low yielding Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan, approximately one third each. Fermentation is in concrete, then the wine spends 1 year in the vat, with each variety being vatted separately, then a year in French Nevers oak. It is blended in the third year, put back in the vat and bottled at the end of that year and cellered for up to 6 or 7 years before release. There is no fining, minimum filtration and the use of sulphites is kept very low. Chateau Musar recommend decanting 30 mins to 2 hours before serving. |

| Located in the heart of Provence, Chateau Routas has been named 'one of the best wine producers in Provence' by Robert Parker. Wild Boar white is a fresh, young blend of Ugni Blanc, Rolle and Viognier. The wine is sourced from older, lower yielding vineyards. 30% of the blend is barrel fermented and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The other 70% is fermented in stainless steel and blocked from malolactic fermentation to add a crisp component to the blend. Each varietal is fermented separately and blended before bottling. This wine is also suitable for vegetarians.
