| Hirsch Reserve Bourbon hails from the time-honored pot-still tradition; a slower, more work intensive, more expensive relic of a bygone era. Distilled in the spring of 1974 and no longer produced, this rare bourbon is the only example of its type available today. Matured in barrel up to the time of bottling at 16 years of age, this whiskey deliciously illustrates the benefits of traditional cask aging. It is the colour of Amber, with red highlights. On the nose it is sweet, oaky, heavy and creamy, with background orange & spice. On the palate it is thick with caramel, rich fruits and creamy woody sweetness. The finish is long, silky and mouth coating. This really is as good as it gets, a truly stunning whiskey. |

| Pig's Nose is an exceptionally fine five year old blended whisky, the name coming from the farming expression 'soft as a pig's nose'. It is a light copper colour and is a very pleasant dram. On the nose it is firm with creamy, round tones. On the palate an almost spicy but incredibly smooth. On the finish it is classically long. The blend contains a high percentage (40%) of malt whiskies, principally from Speyside. |

| Poit Dhubh (pronounced Potch Goo or PD for short) means "illicit still" in Gaelic. It is an unchilfiltered may which may become hazy it cold but this delivers a richer, fuller flavour with a longer after-taste as a result. It is created from a secret recipe from a high quality mixture of Islay, Island, Highland and Speyside malts. This allows it a unique sweety/peaty taste. On the nose it has a firm dark smokiness with hints of liquorice and lime. On the palate it is medium sweet with a rich backbone of peatiness. On the finish it is long, smooth and smoky. |

It has a high malt content of 35% and contains Islay, Island, Highland and Speyside malts all 8-11 years old. On the nose it is fresh, with citrus notes and delicate peatiness. On the palate it is slightly creamy with a pleasing touch of liquorice toffee. On the finish it has a good length and a rich soft spirited character. |
